This is the first level of our challenge. Simply sign up, and you'll get an email with a small task to complete each week (each takes 30 minutes or less). 

Preparoo Blue extends over four weeks — towards the end, you'll receive a link to a short quiz. Test your knowledge and review your steps. 

Once you've completed the quiz, you'll get an invitation to Preparoo Gold, which is the next level of preparedness.
