Learn. Prepare.
Compete. Share.
Living in the Adelaide Hills, we know all too well that we face some serious risk from bushfires. We should be prepared, but hey, there's so much living to do.
So at the Bridgewater & Aldgate Community Support Hub, we thought that we could make the task of getting ready for the next fire season more rewarding.
Preparoo is free and fun. You can win prizes, compete with others, and share your insights to inspire the community.
Preparoo Blue has now started, and more than 110 residents have already signed up. Join them via the button below, and see guidance for action 1 here.
Preparoo. See who does it too.
Our challenge is led by locals from Bridgewater and Aldgate — and every couple of days, we'll add videos with key messages.
In our latest video, Alyssa Hill of Activating Bridgewater introduces the task for week 2: getting to know Fire Danger ratings and Warnings.
See previous videos by Josh Teague, Tamara Gertig, Paul Jude, Karla Billington, Patrick Bolte, and Nathan Daniell on our YouTube channel.
